4.8 turbo suggestions bws475 or precision
#11
Turbo will be okay, it might not spool as fast quickly as say the precision or the newer ball bearing turbonetics but I have seen a few people with this turbo on a 4.8 and have done great. As far as fuel you could do a single external pump like an A1000 or you could just do two internal pumps like the Walbro 255 or even the 340 from areomotive, and have one of the pumps on a Hobbs switch. what fuel do you plan on running?

I want to say I want to run the turbonetics just in case in the future I want to upgrade the turbo,I can always resell it faster but too much money.lol I was thinking running the dual walbro 255 but I need to find someone that can modify my stock fuel pump.i haven't any write ups or diy treads

There's plenty of write ups on doing the pump swap yourself look over on tech, or just google it. That's what I did. But Lonnie's performance does the modification also if you don't feel up to the challenge that's who I would recommend. And on turbo you can always have more but the bw is already bigger and I don't know how much more bigger you'd want to go on a 4.8 and be efficient.

I have decided, I'm going with the s476 bw with 83mm turbine and I might think of doing the fuel pump my self might come alittle cheaper than buying it ready?
