370 and d1sc build?

car accessories are more avaible, give you more room andthe stock crank pulley is actually smaller then the trucks. so its a cheap underdrive pully. that doesnt mean much for the ATI guys tho. If i put that amount of money of a blower kit i would deff have a set of fans on the truck insted of the clutch setup.
and why did your truck only make 430rwhp? when camm'd 5.7/6.0s make that

I was recently involved in a build very similar to what you're going for. We used a 370 with forged pistons with the rest of the rotating assembly stock and very well balanced. The compression was somewhere aroud 9:1, but I don't recall exactly off hand. We used L92 heads with L92 intake and a 90mm throttle body. The cam chosen was a 208/230 .591/.591 on an 114 LSA. The truck is also using Bellanger headers with a Corsa Touring catback. There is something to be gained in the exhaust side, but this truck is used for daily driving and long road trips (Vegas to Chicago). On the more important side, the D1SC with a 3.6" pulley makes 12psi by 6000 and 14psi by 6400. The maf is still on the truck at this point and that is maxed at around 4300 or so in cool air. I'm hoping to have track and dyno results soon, but I thought I'd add in some info that I've come up with on the 370 and D1.
