Default 2013 5.3 RPM question

My setup is 5.3 with Procharger on 10psi. The question is how hard are you guys turning the same gen motor? I have with stock internals. Just wondering.

Without valve springs and running a stock cam I wouldn't even push it past 5,900-6,000. The camshaft doesn't make any extra power there.

With the Texas Speed Stg # cam and that PSI I was twisting it to about 6600.

Are you looking for every bit of ET or just playing around? If every bit of ET put a little better springs in it and spin it to 6400ish even with that stock cam. NO IT DOES NOT MAKE POWER up there but it keeps the rpms a little higher in the power band after the shift and doesn’t allow it to bog as much.
