Default New cam installed

New cam (btr stage 2 turbo) push rods and dual springs.
The Tahoe made 528 on 9-10 lbs. it drives great.
The new tuner (3rd one) said the PE table was fine but it wasn’t going into PE for some reason on the old tune. That’s why it wasn’t making power apparently.

This cam has much better feel and even around town has better torque. As well as a nice cam sound that everyone always wants.

Thanks to everyone that helped or left a comment. I appreciate it

How was this the case if it wasn't entering PE?

I don’t have any details about that. It’s what my
mechanic said. The mechanic got the truck done at 8 pm, drove an hour to the dyno and they worked on the truck until 5 am. Pretty incredible, I know, but they really did. I got texts in the middle of the night with video and stuff. Anyway, he said multiple
pe tables have to be done for it to work correctly? 🤷🏼‍♂️

They ran the first tune with the new cam and it made 400 rwhp. Needless to say, he wasn’t spending time tuning the old file.
the new cam made the 529
It’s possible It was a tuning oversight all along

Glad to hear you got it running correct. Did you try to get your money back on the other cam since it was fucked up?

Sounds like that first tooner gave you the runaround. You wouldn't be the first victim. Good to hear its all set now.
