Default 2011 5.3 RCSB Intercooler?

I'm going to order a MP T70 Turbo kit from KB Racing, but he hasn't had a chance to fit the cold side to a NNBS yet but he is offering to sell me a IC that he uses with his 99-06 kits. Has anybody had any experience with this yet. Will it work? If not point me in another direction? Thanls

idk if this helps but I ordered a 31x12x4 3inch in/out intercooler from House Of Boost and fit perfect behind my grille. Just had to cut the lower half of the center brace. Grille still has plenty of support so no problems what so ever.

What kind of setup are you using that IC with, a KB Racing Turbo Kit? I guess it doesn't really matter though just as long as it fits good on the NNBS. I see your in CC, my company has an apartment for us out there in Portland off 35. We work at all those ship yards on Burelson St. and some of the plants off 37.

If you don't mind me asking, why is the KB kit gone? Were you not happy with it?

Is OxyChem the one covered in RED DUST, I hate going in there, PITA to clean that stuff of off BLACK!

FWIW ... 2010 Silverado Turbo build used this IC ( not my truck)

the intercooler is a VSracing.net intercooler
http://www.vsracing.net/catalog/prod...roducts_id=798

31 x 12 x 3

he just had to trim the backside of the stock grille in a couple of spots ........ I have pics of the IC with grille off .........thinking of a Turbo kit for my 2010 and spotted this build

I wanna install a Tru-Cool 40K up front as well, I'm hoping the 2 will both fit with no problems.
