Default 2007 Avalanche - turbo

Here's another project currently in progress, just thought I'd post some pics incase any of you are doing something similar.

More pics:

Intercooler Pics

Keep in mind this is just the mock up, but you get the idea on how it's going to be routed.
This new Av makes it so easy to mount an intercooler and routing is minimal, less bends, easier flow, etc...

The intercooler is a total of 32" and has a nice fat 4" core, and the tubing is aluminum.

We'll keep you guys updated, it should hit 500tq.

later,
allen

Looks good Allen. Also, nicer than having to hack up the frame rails to fit a 24" or so wide one in.

Thanks,

ya, that's one thing I don't like to do is cut anything, relocating isn't that bad, but this went right in, just opened up the rubber flaps and the tubing fits perfectly.

Matter of fact, I don't really announce it publically, yet, but we have plenty of 3" 90deg, 3" 45deg, and 2.5" 45/90, and 4" 90deg.

Shoot me an email if you're interested, I just bought a pallet of them.

thanks,
allen
