Default 07 Avalanche Water IC

Got to work on my truck a little bit. Working on both Water/Air and Air/Air intercoolers for this truck. The water intercooler has been almost finsihed for a some time. Been slammed on other projects, and could not work on mine, go figure.
Both intercoolers will be finalized and put to bed this coming week.
Water/Air core is 8x6x6. With 48 inches of air flow this unit will cover everything I will ever put to this truck.
2.5 inlet and 3.0 oulet.
Still need to build the water reserve tank, or fill tank, mount the heat exchanger and water pump. Unit will be using the Meziere water pump.
Truck will be on the road before August.

Complete kit with air to air will be just under 5000.00
Complete kit with air to water will be around 5400.00
Either should fit other 07 Chevy trucks.

Cheers.

Look really tight at the Altenator but there is about 3/4 of an inch.

More to come.

Rick

Naw, its a bad angle there is plenty of room between the 2. There is a heat shield sleeve that goes over that hose and there is still room.

Looks good, can't wait to see it run!

You should be able to fit a huge heat exchanger in the front, behind the grill.
Make it as big as possible.

Does the system have a spot to dump some ice in it?

good work, these kits are very simple and make great power! IMO, it's the best kit available when you consider ease of installation and reliability, add to that, the most power of any charger out there!

allen

non at this time. The truck had to go in to the dealer, had to remove all the turbo stuff, and have not put it back on yet. Been working on the R&D truck, going from stock to turbo.
I hope to get time to work on the Avalanche this winter.
