I'm taking the truck back hopefully Friday . I love how the dealership just makes the wild predictions on "oh it could be this, or that, or this , or that" after charging me $60 . Even I could tell you the things it "could" be . Seems like your average joe mechanic now just needs to know how to read a SES light and look and compare that computer reading to that of the stock tune .

I would be careful throwing parts at it until you see the tuner (i.e. it may be an SD tune so changing the MAF would be a waste). It does sound like a tuning issue, even if it is not a good tuner can make quick work of diag like that. Also, if it was tuned with a cracked vacuum hose and that has now been replaced, it may need going over again.
