I'm taking the truck back hopefully Friday . I love how the dealership just makes the wild predictions on "oh it could be this, or that, or this , or that" after charging me $60 . Even I could tell you the things it "could" be . Seems like your average joe mechanic now just needs to know how to read a SES light and look and compare that computer reading to that of the stock tune .

Rant over
Will get back after it take truck back .

To be fair you can't really take something like that to the dealer and expect any kind of serious response. Those guys are trained for stock vehicles...a lot of them have no idea what to expect out of a modified truck.

I would be careful throwing parts at it until you see the tuner (i.e. it may be an SD tune so changing the MAF would be a waste). It does sound like a tuning issue, even if it is not a good tuner can make quick work of diag like that. Also, if it was tuned with a cracked vacuum hose and that has now been replaced, it may need going over again.

I do agree Alvin , just frustrated with the whole thing . Hopefully my guy can get this fixed . He's a reputable tuner with lots of knowledge but sh*t happens!
