06 Silverado On3 Turbo Questions
#1
Im looking to put in a 1999-06 On3 Performance Turbo System into my 2006 4.8 Silverado. I was wondering what exhaust would any of you guys recommend hooking up to the turbo system and if I should get some good headers for the system to help it breathe. Im still new to this forum so all the help will be appreciated. Thanks a lot guys!

Stock drivers side manifold and use their passenger side log that bolts the turbo up. Just use whatever is in the kit. Their waste gate seems to be problem prone and don't buy their injectors from I've read.
You don't need to buy any headers to improve flow, people make 600-700+ whp on stock exhaust manifolds.
Otherwise for exhaust, just pick whatever muffler you want.

I've always read great things at deatschwerks, know a few people with them.
I know there are other companies out there too. Comes down to what size you want to run and what HP level you wish to see.

Yea dnt use there injectors or wastgate, Tial is a good replacement for that and i used Delphi 52's in mine, there direct plug and play to your stock injector plugs
Also dnt waste your money on there plug wires set

I put a few thousand street miles on it though. It was a good starter setup, on e85 with the 80lbers it was good for the 625rwhp range and would have gone low 11s with a better tire under it.
The biggest set back was I had the old On3 76mm which only has a 65mm exhaust side. The new 7875 ON3 would have been a much better choice for the setup.

Yeah im wanting to use 80lb injectors with e85 and to run about 9-10 lbs of boost. Im hoping to get about 500 rwhp out of that to just be a street truck and to go down to the track on Friday nights and have fun with.
