That setup should easily do 500rwhp. Honestly on 10lbs you will probably be in the 550rwhp range, depending on cam.

That's the range I'm looking for so that's good. What cam would you recommend I run?

I had a custom one spec'd. I recommend you do the same. Figure out what your setup is going to be entirely. Engine, Heads, Intake, Turbo, Rear, Tire, GEar, Trans, etc. then call someone like Lil John to have them spec you a cam. I am not sure if he still specs for people or not but Stock48 on here is pretty damn handy with cam specs as well.

As someone who has made over 1000 rwhp with on3 gates....they do job just fine for budget builds

Ya, don't misunderstand. I had a TiAL gate already so I used it. I would be more concerned using a "cheaper" wastegate than say a BOV, but I wouldn't expect any issues with ON3 gates. I have torn one down for powder coating for a customer and have seen no issues or concerns internally.

Well mine felt the need to spike 18#'s every time, took it apart and cleaned it, still 18#'s, and the same stuff has happened to other ppl as well, so maybe one out of every few is good, and there service sucks because i had no problem gettin them when i was installing with the kit but as soon as i got the wrong injectors with the wrong injector adapters($350 upgrade), and my gate messing up i can never get ahold of them or call back from them

Are you sure that wasn't a sizing issue with the wastegate?

For the record I wouldn't run their injectors. Fueling is not an area to cut corners.

So it's the gates fault for being sized wrong or incorrect placement

This is why the net is such a great place

Yea a 44mm wastegate(comes with the kit) is the wrong size for a stock 4.8 with a 70mm turbo and being placed where they have it on there manifold must be wrong on my end too

Yea this net is a great place huh

Naw man it wasnt that, i put a different 44mm wastgate on and it holds 8psi constant

Yea i had alot of ppl tell me about them but i figured i would try it anyways cuz i wanted to kinda do a full review on them, when i called for the scaling chart i was told there the same as sema deka 55's but they said FoMoCo on them and the part number came up as 42lb injectors at 43psi fuel pressure
