For my dad's birthday I'm going to be super charging his 04 4x4 z71. Truck has 42k miles and I already lifted it and did intake/cat back set up on it.
Since I'm in california I want to get a smog legal blower for him. 91 pump gas no meth.
Looking at edelbrock or whipple or magnaharger. Any 2300 set ups that are smog legal?
Thanks guys

Edelbrock is the only 2300 kit that is C.A.R.B approved.
Magnacharger TVS1900 states it is legal how ever they never re submitted it for that application. Technically Only the MP112 kit has C.A.R.B approval.
The little info I was able together, the Edelbrock 2300 kit produces alot more heat compared to the magnuson kit. I believe the 2300 kit produces less boost with the large pulley used to meet the smog standard.
I have no experience with the Whipple kit but I believe it is also a 2300. I am not sure if they have a C.A.R.B. approved kit though.
