Well as the title states I'm trying to find a shop that will install a ring and pinion set for me on my 04 Colorado.......w/o paying an arm and leg! Going from 3.42s over to some 3.73s, then retuned for 89 octane!

If you know someplace let me know!

 

Tune for 93 IMO. No Idea on a place to do the install. I'm going to shoot from the hip when I do mine.

 

89 oct tune does just fine! I speak from experience

I cannot speack for the 89 tune. I like my 93.

not sure what part of md you are in. But quality plus automotive in glen burnie does awesome work. 410-768-8332. Ask for Kenny. He used to be my installer for my old shop. He did all of Jason Heffners viper rears before jason moved his shop to florida.

I'm still in Korea, but will be back in Hanover, MD in October. I will be commuting from Hanover down to Ft Belvoir, VA for work.

In my app for the Atlas series engines, the differance between 89 and 93 is not worth the cost. Thats coming from a tuner thats primary focus is on the GMT355 platforms.
