Thanks a bunch bud. That quote, is that for a complete set of LS7 lifters? Also, what about some springs to go with it? Surely don't wanna use my cheesy *** oem springs with all those goodies inside. Do you have a p/n for the headers you have?

yes that is for the full set of lifters. Sorry i did forget to include the springs. I just used the ls6 springs which are $56.95 set they work great i have had no issues. The headers are pacesetter part# psp72c2267.....

VALVE EVENTS. Say it with me, VALVE EVENTS. It all has to do with IVO, EVC, for charge air blow-thru/ exhaust reversion, and IVC for controlling dynamic compression. The port on his stage 2-3 head will have a bit to do with cylinder filing and the velocity of that port to resist intake charge reversal (cylinder intake "pressurization" when the piston is back on it's way up right before the valve closes. If the intake port velocity/pressure before IVC happens is not sufficient to keep the charge in the cylinder, yes torque in the lower rpm range will be lost. Since he already has the heads, it'd be best to have someone custom spec him a cam with the proper valve events to maximize the setup he currently has.

A little late to the party, but can I get a part# for that cam?
Looking for a vvt cam for my 2012 crew cab Colorado with the 5.3
Thanks!

P.S. What is the ICL on that cam? I want to take full advantage of the vvt, so I'm hoping it's something like 107-109.
