Just got the truck back home after making some changes. Added a set of All-pro heads, new cam, ported Vic Jr. intake, and Kooks 1 7/8 to 2" headers. Some people might remember how it use to back fire on the nitrous kit but that is cured now since the truck is control by Big Stuff 3. The dyno numbers a little conservative since the A/F is 10.5:1. The rest of the tuning will come from the track. Just to keep this in mind, this is through an unlocked th400, 9in, and 31" slicks. Big thanks to Allen Futral and Terry for staying late last night and getting everything right.

Was that a 82 hp increase from your previous set-up? That's a lot of mods to change to know where exactly the improvements came from, any idea which ones helped you the most from the previous parts? Cam obviously, any others?

I can't say one single part helped the most. It was the combo set up to work together. The throttle response is amazing over the old set up. The biggest increase will show at the track. I also want to be the first to make a 10 sec motor pass.
