I just looked at his sig. In a RCSB I guess he doesnt weigh much more than a F body with a fat guy in it Good numbers, and if the IDC is at 70% then you have no worries.

The pulley is whatever comes on it from procharger. I think its a 4".

On another topic, is there an adjustment on the stock bypass valve that comes with the kit. Its got a set screw on the top that looks like it could be adjusted. Does anyone know about this.

When I let off the throttle during boost I can hear the bypass open and it makes a very loud whoosh. This is normal right? This is my first experience with forced induction.

Also, what is the expected life of the stock 4l60e behind this kind of power?

Sorry,....about a week or so.

I dont know about your set screw. Never messed with a Procharger.

ROFL...sorry...i know its not funny...but it is...yes the woosh is normal. MTI should have set the screw for you. It's bypass off the throttle, and BOV at the same time.

NA I could see that. Pushing that much FI would mean very high IDC or higher than stock FP. That much turbo charged is definately in the 60# level and the top end at that.

I have a 4 inch pully with a d1sc and I only hit 10 lbs at best. I am getting robbed.
