You also have headers. I don't. That could explain your lower boost level.

You may want to check some things. I see 13psi peak around 6300 rpm with a 4inch pully. This is on a 6.0 with a small cam,minor head work,long tubes,no cats,3inch y-pipe and 3.5 inch single exhaust dumped.
you may be getting some belt slip Or a small leak

I think the info in posts #25 & #38 should be discussed with your tuner. Sorry to hear you toasted a piston already.

I hate to hear you blew a piston. That is however ,way too much boost for a stock 5.3. I would look into a different builder/tuner myself.
I think you could have hit the same hp with 9-10 psi boost easily, you could have been more aggresive with fuel and timing with less boost.

I hit 10psi around 5800 rpm and then it shifts. What can I do to see if I have some belt slip?

Not really sure how I could have run less boost. Does anyone make a pulley for the D1sc that is bigger than 4".

Maybe too much blower for a 5.3. Isnt the P-line prochargers smaller?
