It drives fine around town, theres very little surging at stops even w/o a stall conv.

I'm no tuner so I don't have a clue about the AFR.

From what I understand stock it was like 195-200.

your tuning is off for one thing.. it needs to be richend up in the lower rpms. also have any clue what the timing is? dont get to wrapped up in numbers. as long as you are on the same dyno comparing gains from previous runs. get a tune from the guy that posted above me, he seems legit
