Default Dyno question.

On the sheet, my truck seems to be "falling off" after 4500 rpm's. It still runs fine through the rpm range, but seems to be having some type of problem as you can see on the sheet.

The night previous to this run, it ran fine at the track, and pulled hard throughout the rpm range. I put in a tighter stall than what i had it tuned with, so after 2nd gear it would bounce off of the rev limiter until i let off so it could shift. I don't think that has any correlation with the dyno problem though. Could this be maxing out my turbo?
Edit: this was at 13psi on my 6.0L with a 62mm.

What is your timing and boost doing when the power starts falling?

I'm not exactly sure. I didn't think to ask the people there specific details, which kicks me in the butt now. If it matters, i turned my water/meth on for one of the runs, to see if it would help, but it actually hurt it with no help from the heat soak. It was "cold" for the first pull, so i don't know if it would be pulling timing because it was getting too hot. During the runs at the track, my boost stayed, but i didn't monitor it on the dyno run.

It's up by Amarillo. I'm currently at college in Lubbock though. TSP here in Lubbock could possibly log it, but i would probably just take it to my tuner in Amarillo. I need to get it re-tuned anyways, so he could probably fix whatever the problem is when he tunes it again right?
