Right now I'm in the middle of doing testing of the Magnuson MP112 vs. MP122HH.

All my little side projects are wrapping up, or should I say, money is becoming available to finish everything Had to chill out for a little while and concentrate on some domestic/house items.

Yeah we were all surprised to see how well it ran!! You actually put down more torque than the SS camaro that came in the same day The SS was bone stock but still, that's pretty impressive

Hey if you dont mine me asking, im trying to tune my 5.3 with just exhast.
Im using efi live, but since I dont have a dyno im just basing my timing off the optimal timing table, by using a blend of about half stock timing and half optimal with stock fuel correction timing.

I can't really decide for myself what the best timing is. It just feels diffrent everyday. It also likes to knock with anything below 93 octane, which I think is just the high IAT's.

Since your torque looks so good just wondering what kind of timing, and what octane you run normaly.

Most times the average stock cam 5.3 will pull to about 5600 rpms then drop off slowly.
I shift my stock cam 5.3 at 6100rpms...
