I've heard they can be decent but you need basically no wheel spin for it to be close? Any truth to this?

no truth. they work great other than the "pitch" corection factor wich i never adjusted. very consistant.

the old style can be off a lot depending on how well the operator sets it up but the new ones take care of the set up for you. just stick it to the window and go.

hey jimmy what was it i got in the tahoe with that thing? it was low 15 right? can't remember.

I just got mine yesterday and it seems really consistent. The HP/TQ seemed about right but I cant comment on the quarter mile time because I've never ran my truck at the strip for a comparison.

Has anyone seen this?? www.nitrod.com or this http://www.escortradar.com/gtimer-accessories.htm

I wonder if they are worth a crap.

The nitrod has a bunch of additional features some may be interested in and the Escort can be found relatively cheap.

yeah i havent touched the pitch factor either. i have the pro ss and it can be a pita some times. i broke the damn ball on the end of the mount twice kinda cheesy but, i cant complain cause it was givin to me.

i was going to get the numbers off of it today but, its raining and im lazy. ill get em tomorrow
