I also still need to take some measurements and crunch some numbers to see how much I can mill off the heads. Also snagged me a used stock intake. I just need to buy some rails and make some brackets for them. I also wrapped my crossover pipe. The log manifold looks like a pain to wrap.

I just got a set of billet ls1 rails from summit. Then made some brackets from angled aluminum. Grinded off the stock rail mounts, and bolted the new brackets to the intake. Works really well, billet rails look nice

What log do you have? Mine has the waste gate build into the log. I can't image it being easy to wrap with that in the way and how short the primaries are and they way they are curved lol.

Can you please post some pictures? I have injector spacers I can use so I shouldn't have to grind the mounts down i don't think.

trick. wrap the primaries first nd leave the left over on the man log. When you wrap the log youll go right over the extra from the primaries. As far as the wg flange. wrap as close and tight as possible to it. You do not need to cover 100% of the manifold but it is possible.

Ok, I'll give it a shot. I did end up wrapping the cross over pipe though as I did not have it wrapped before. Would that make any noticeable in spool time?

I got the valve jobs done and started blending them. Port maxed out at 308CFM at .600", 2" valve on a 3.900 bore measured at 28". Just an FYI for anyone who cares, when I tried to flow it on a 3.780 bore it maxed out at 285 CFM at .550 and dropped down to 281 CFM at .600 and pretty much stayed flat all the way till .700.
