Same heads, cam, valve spring, t/b, displacement, pully size, exhaust, intake, intercooler, stall, tranny, gearing and tire? change any one of those and then some and it can change your boost. But comparing the 28 inch slicks to 25 inch street tires is apples to oranges. Jus some food for thought

Yep I'd run that, maybe a tad smaller cam.... But that set-up looks good for 525~575 rwhp in a truck. I think changing your tire size has a lot more effect on the way the motor revs. try running down the street on the slicks and compare that with the street tires. You may need to change pully size to get the boost you are looking for.
