Default Tip to keep track rubber off your paint

So maybe a bunch of you already know this trick, but I just thought of it last week and figured I'd try it when I went to the track last weekend (instead, of the ole masking tape routine). It worked!

Armorall= that's it.... spray Armorall where the rubber normally slings up onto your car. In my one-time experience, 95% of the rubber just glanced right off. At the end of the day the Armorall just picked up light dust and stuff, but that's about it. Then it just washed right off without a problem.
I assume it's not bad for the paint, idk.

Just thought it might save somebody a little time.

I use wd-40 with the big shot spray

Probably not good for paint but I wash it after the race

My brother inlaw told me "Pam" cooking spray is good for track days and when traveling he sprays the front of his truck so bugs dont stick? I never used it but he swears by it

On dirt track cars we'd spray the car down with diesel and it would keep all the mud off.. Any kind of oil based spray should keep it off.

Plasti Dip works great! Just spray on, than peel off after the track.
