I ran the truck last night, nice cool night, but humidity was around 90%. I managed a 1.69 60ft of idle, 7.65 at 88, 12.09 at 110. I was so stoked with it, cammed 4.8 on 9lbs with the 62-1 turbo. I drove the hour drive home, got a mile from the house, and a 18 year old kid blew a stop sign at 60mph and totaled my truck. I am so pissed, but happy to be alive.

sorry to see this, same exact thing happened to me and my last truck, and its not like you can go out and get a really nice rcsb anymore without a major search either. get what you can off the truck the insurance co wont care what time effort and money youve put into it or you will regret it later..
also my wreck convinced me to start wearing my seat belt after my knee met the dash and left hefty bruise, so yes overall you should just be happy your safe and covered by insurance. but the pain never really goes away when you lose a nice truck..

Damn man, really sad to see that happened. How are you feeling after that?
Like the others have said, get everything off the truck you can. Unless your insurance will take your receipts for the aftermarket stuff. When I had State Farm they gave me extra money towards some of the stuff I had on my old truck.

I would be pretty damn heated myself, not sure how I'd control myself after something like that if I was still able to function at the time. Yelling would be obivious.
Atleast you can tell the tale but you'll be feeling it for a few days.
