Damn that sucks, here's what's crazy a couple of weeks ago 08lambochevy sent me a PM, he just got his turbo kit day before so I was going to help him get started that night. 2hrs go by he calls me and some idiot rear ended him on hwy totaling his truck. This sucks.

I ran the truck last night, nice cool night, but humidity was around 90%. I managed a 1.69 60ft of idle, 7.65 at 88, 12.09 at 110. I was so stoked with it, cammed 4.8 on 9lbs with the 62-1 turbo. I drove the hour drive home, got a mile from the house, and a 18 year old kid blew a stop sign at 60mph and totaled my truck. I am so pissed, but happy to be alive.

Yeah it really sucks. Found my replacement, picking it up next week. Its a 07, 5.3 truck, cam, heads, long tubes, built trans, stall, and gears, full leather, center console etc. 70 year old man owns it, it only has 23k miles and garage kept. The plan is to try to buy my old truck back from insurance and salvage what I can. From what I could see 95% of the turbo stuff is fine, It had a built trans with a 3600 yank, brand new tru trac and 3.90s, brand new caltracs, and my racestars on it. I need to get all this **** off for the new truck, especially the turbo kit and wheels. Its going to be a pain in the ***, I meet with the adjuster monday, and gathering all my reciepts up tomorrow. This new truck sounds really healthy. You can eat off the underside, it had a x pipe with dual magnaflows with resonators on it too. The owner says the tuner said it was around 475hp. I will find out more next week when I drive it home and hook up hp tuners too it, and see whats going on.

Damn man sorry to hear about your truck, im goin through the same thing, woman was on the phone and plowed into me at 60 with a honda crv, im in a fully custom painted 08 ecsb and she buckled my frame, mine was milled 243 heads, cammed, stalled, long tubes, etc. and we was just about to start the turbo intall (luckily i still got that)... It pisses you off to see everything you've put into something just gone cuz of one stupid person
But like you said man, least your still alive, i just dropped my 2 year old son off right before that happened
