not to jack your thread, but i'm in the same boat as you. i have very similar mods, but with the addition of a 3,000 RPM stall and i'm 4x4. i launch in 4wd, but can only get a 2.1 60' and my best time is a 14.64. i feel i should be in the low 14s, but i'm not even close. i feel my tune is off...

i have a Westers tune. i like it, but i think i'm going to pick up my own tuning software so i can monitor my tune and do some logs, then i can send any changes i want back to Westers for him to make.

your time has got to get better. my 05 extended cab stepside with 5.3 and 3.73s ran 14.7 with no muffler, brute force intake and a superchip. with out the superchip ran 14.9. with no tailgate and backseat and stock wheels and tires.

You certainly have alot of room to go. When my truck was almost stock I ran a 14.59. This was in full street trim on the heavy 20's with only a Corsa exhaust, CAI, theremostat, and a mild tune. I still had everything on the truck including the toneau cover, tailgate, bed rug, etc. That was with the stock 3.73 gear.

I think your times are not to bad and if you keep trying Im sure they will improve . My 04 RCLB with a 5.3 A4 373gear went a best of 14.6 @92MPH when it was new and 100% stock. Some things you might want to try are the basic drag racer stuff I do to every vehicle I run and they are.
Keep it cool and run it as little as possible in the lanes.
Remove the extras like, tail gate, spare tire, ect.
I remove the filter if its a stock one
stage as shallow as you can. this can be worth a tenth.
Write everything down and analize the slips.See where you can improve.
I would think that with some practice you should be able to dip into the 13s.
Good luck.
