Fuel level during racing

How many psi are you pushing to get those numbers? Glad to know the walbro kit I bought wont run out anytime soon.

im on 10lbs just wg spring. It was on a dyno dynamics and it was about 93 deg in the shop the day we ran it. No meth and a A2A intercooler. Nothing special, on and fast 60# injectors at 87% idc.

I usually run my fuel cell with 10 gallons, this helps with TRACTION lol and also keeps from starving the pump, i can hear the A1000 when levels are under 5 gallons on my sumped fuel cell

I am planing on building a "scoop" kinda baffle that attaches to the back of the bucket and will some what swivel, so I can get it though the bucket hole and then swivel flat about 4-5" tall and scooped forward. I think that will hold enough of a "scoop" of fuel when I launch to keep the pump pick ups in the fuel to it sloshed back.

I am still running the stock fuel pump abd have run it as low as 1/8 or when the gas light turns on with no issues. But, I am only running 13.3-13.5 so as long as the bucket is full I am ok. I ran it with a 100(wet) shot that gets fuel from the stock fuel rail and ran 12.5 with 1/4 tank and did not have any problems.
I am going with Lonnie's double(two Walbro 255's) pumper and he suggested I don't go with less than 1/4 because the pump will empty the bucket quickly and starve the engine of fuel.
I just pilled the truck for a 150 and tested it on the street and next week I will try it at the track.

I try to run with fuel between 1/3 and 1/4 tank. I'm not afraid to run it lower, but there's no gas station anywhere near the track, and knowing my luck I'd run out of gas on the way home...........
I run mine down until the low fuel light comes on before refilling. Always have, and it's never been an issue. As a plus, I never have stale gas. Haha, ya rite.
