I ran probably six or seven times, left off idle each time, couldnt launch hard or I would spin. (street tires on a poorly prepped track=no beuano) Next time I'm guessing if I dropped my tires down a bit and got a good hook, I could probably run a 14.5 or close to. My very first run was a 17.7, so I felt I improved significantly through the day lol

You are setting your self up for failure. I would be willing to bet a good chunk of money that you will not see a 14.5 from your current set up. Slicks or at least better traction might net you 14.7 like I said. That is on a great day with wind in your favor and a 50 shot at half track. Honestly if you tick off a 14.9 if you are very lucky.

Mild cam, stall and LTs you really don't think he can hit 14.5?

What gears and tires are on this big boy?

3.73 gears and tires i was running were 275/45/20's. I need to get a set of 17's and some stickies for the track.
