chevy vs ford which truck is faster?

chevy vs ford which truck is faster?
ok i want some of ur guys opinions on this because i believe the silvy would be quicker but whats ur thoughts
2006 silverado crewcab 1500 4.8 373 gears with 50k dual exhaust
vs
a 1997 ford f150 reg cab 4.6 auto 308 gears with 150,000 dual exhaust
both truck are stock besides exhaust the silvy is my dads truck and the ford is my bros truck that use to be my dads and he swears up and down the f150 is alot quicker then the silvy he has now and its kind of hard to believe which i havent driven either trucks but i no the older 4.6 truck motors are dogs with 220 hp with only 308 gears what do you guys think?
