Default best run so far in texas last night

well just got back from the track and best run was a 13.1@103mph not bad for texas, but i'll bet in washington state it would of been in the 12's for sure, and tried both 26's and 28's slicks, and can say i got a better 60ft with the 26's at a 1.87 with stock stall and ran a 13.21@103mph and with the 28's at a 1.88 also with stock stall and ran a 13.19@103mph, not bad for having less boost more timing though i was happy with these times better than a 13.76@96mph thats for sure with 13lbs of boost and 12*'s of timing and with tbstall. so with the comparison on 26's and 28's was .02 better with 28's, im getting there a couple of more tweeks and should be there.

those are pretty nice 60' times with no converter. i say you can get 12's without the cam by putting in a 2800-3000 stall. i know you just took out a TB stall...what were your 60's with that?

The right torque converter will drop a few tenths for sure and a cam wouldn't hurt either. Sometimes we have to try a few different things to find the mods which work best on our setup.

the best i manage here was a 1.84 with tbstall and stock stall 1.87, im wondering what would i run if i didnt retune and left it at 13psi and 12*'s of timing, cuz i ran 13.1@103 with 9psi/18*'s of timing and thats 4psi less and 6*'s or timing less, HUMMMMMMM any suggestions

Yank recommends the SC line for trucks with SC's (duh!) and turbos.
