My stock trans lasted till 128K, that was 3K after I got ahold of it
Thats realy not a bad time for no more than what is done, you will really like it with a cam and a few more supporting mods for that engine to breathe

Yep! I gotta be able to drive it everyday. I like it too much not to. That's kinda why I took the nitrous off of it. I didn't mind it when I had a spare 6.0 sitting on the floor, but now that the 6.0 is in and I don't have a spare, I don't want to chance it. I gotta get a trans soon, so I can take out some T/M and lean on it a little harder. I have a pretty conservative tune right now. I'm thinking some headers and a trans and a few other goodies. I'm kinda thinking it will go mid 13's without opening it up for a cam swap. I have very few bolt on's now, only a catback and AEM intake.

Congrats on the 1st run with the 6.0, is that an lq9 or lq4 you have. I think your times are right on with the extra cab and thats a great start. What are your plans for the future? I cant wait until I get mine to the track; I never raced other than a few runs here and there on the street. It seems I always tell my self Ill go to the track when I get this done or that done. I still want to finish up the tuning, get rid of the flowmaster, and get some smaller lighter rims before I go.

I will be following your build closely. My stepdad wants so more tq to tow his tractor with his 00 ecsb 5.3 and I told he should let me put a 6L in it with a small cam and tb stall, it seems you pretty much are going to be building what he is wanting. Best of luck to ya
