Default 6.0 times finally

The best it would manage was 14.40 @ 95.7 mph. I was having traction problems and could only "drive" it off, with a best '60 of 2.179. The last pass it went 14.56@97.0 with a miserable 2.31 60'. It seems like what gains I made from the 6.0 are lost in traction, but still about 2 tenths faster than my previous best motor only run. I guess I can't expect much more from a stock 6.0 with a torque converter. Brian and John were cookin' with those Radix trucks! I was thinking about getting in on the deal on the STS from TByrne, but those Radix really made a believer out of me. Maybe Santa Claus would bring me one! It was good finally meeting up with Whippled496, TheBreeze, and XLR8NSS. We got a bunch of MD guys around here, and hopefully we can all get together again and the others who didn't make it last night can come out as well.

Good to hear you made a pass with the new 6.0. Yeah, those Radixs' make some impressive gains.

Thanks guys. I gotta do something for a trans first, I think 100k on an original stock 4L60 is a record! I'm in line for either a 4L65e or thinking even about an 80 swap, but I'm concerned with the 80 eating power. With a good trans I can get rid of some T/M and hopefully make some gains there, and then maybe get some tires. There is always a ton of **** that WE want to do....but other **** seems to get in the way.

I think 10K miles on a 4l60 would be a record....you are the title holder!
