I am using the maggie heat exchanger still. I will look into the frozen boost version I thought about it once before. What is the phenolic spacer?
During the dyno tune IATs were below 130. But it was only 72 out and humidity was low. Last night at the track it was pushing 90 and had flash floods the night before.

Last year when I put my turbo kit on, I was running my 4.8 single cab with a small HT1 cam, 4.5lbs of boost, stock 3.42 gears, stock trans etc, on 20's, .and it would do 14 flat at 100 mph with a 2.2 60ft. I would think you would be trapping higher too, but like said above heat is a big killer. My old crew cab with a supercharged/cam 5.3 would do 14.2s in the summer, and drop to 13.2s in the cold weather.

It's June, it's hot as hell. There's one issue. Two, it's not getting out of the hole. Three, you have a very mild setup. 4 put her on a diet. The little 4.8's aren't tq monsters but they sure love to scream up top. What was your tire pressure, how do you have your suspension setup?

I was thinking about pulling the overload and adding traction bars.
