I think that MPH sounds pretty good to me. With those same mods less the converter I ran at just about 95 MPH in 2005 crew cab denali. After my cam I ran at just over 98 MPH, a 3'5 MPH gain. With a cam you would probably be over 100... thats pretty damn good in my book.

Is your truck a 2wd of 4x4?

Why change the heads? We have the l92 heads which, from everything I've read, flow extremely well... If anything p&p and mill'em
