dont really seem like there is to many people to turn to for help on building a decent horsepower 318 motor. does anyone of here have any knowledge with these motors. i got a 96 dodge with a 318 im looking to build a respectful motor for the mud. i have a fully built 47re tranny in it id like to keep it fuel injected but if its less headach going the carburator way i will

i don't know about tuning for your dodge so i can't say anything about keeping your fuel injection but there's a pretty good aftermarket for the small block dodges...a good set of heads, a cam and a set of headers should wake your truck up pretty well. summit or jegs should have plenty to choose from.
