8.25 rearend

how much torque does the 8.25 rearend usually take before it's likely to pop?

with 31s on a jeep WK

Ive often wondered the samething. I have a 85 dodge 2wd im plannin on putting a turbo 4.8 or 5.3 in.
Im gonna start searchin dodge forums. Post up if you find anything.

Mine is a open diff w/ 3.08s.
