Stock is 80mm, on the 5.7 85mm is the biggest you can go. The intake opening is only 85mm. The 90mm are made for the SRT 6.1 motors. It had a little more throttle senstivity after installing it, but really its just a part of the system. More air in and more air out

 

Your guess for low 13's once it's tuned is right on. I have the same mods as you and ran a 13.4 with a 2.0 60ft! Trapped 102mph. Good enough trap speed to hit 12's if I can ever get it to 60ft. Oh, and this was done at full weight minus the drag wheels. Still had spare, tailgate, and a ton of crap in the truck. Burnout contest at the shootout lasted way to long and never got another run to try and get into the 12's...oh well, next time.
