Default Mufflex muffler delete

So I like the way this exhaust sounds on Youtube but I was wondering if this could possibly reduce the backpressure too much. I would leave the resonators. I don't know how these new Hemis respond to exhaust. If this isn't a good choice, what is? Power production is my main concern (I know nothing is going to make a huge difference) and sound is second. Thanks.

I have a magnaflow muffler installed, not the mufflex kit but I have the resonators on mine. I installed the 14" muffler and it sounds awesome to me. I can't tell any diff in power with just a muffler swap and I doubt you would either. Don't worry about the backpressure you'll be fine with this muffler.

I have worked with Denny for many years now and can vouch for his products and service. Best bet will be to give him a call.

Out of curiousity what is the exhaust diameter for the new 2012 Ram Hemi's.
I will most likely be buying a Quad Cab Express in January and want to do an exhaust. I've thought about the mufflex system, but am thinking I will run the same muffler I have on my Silverado right now.

Its a Magnaflow Race Series muffler 5x8 oval 6" long body. They have 2.5" or 3" single in/out designs so would have to put a magnaflow y-pipe after the muffler to go to the tips.

I get that and all, but I can buy the parts and fab it up cheaper than mufflex, but the big thing is that I want the other muffler. If Mufflex would do a custom setup with the race series muffler for a decent price, I would not be opposed to go that route.
