this is JUST a thought...what if you was to space the motor mount up say 3/8"-1/2" you think that'd be enough to allow you to put them in? i dont want to go that route but IF you have to i would try it. unless you want to notch the frame and just box it back in.

They have had some problems with fitment issues with the Super Comps...not the first I've heard of this.

Only way to get them in from my experience is from the bottom of the truck and you need to remove the starter, etc for them to slide up in there.

new infor... here is a Photo of the headmen headers i Have and a photo 0f the hookers i want to install. the headmen hit my frame where they go straight down and the hookers are curved in that area. Looks like the hooker will fix my problems

hope you got it figured out. if not, is the motor mount wore out? saw you were using stock mounts. i had a similar problem in my tahoe. found out the motor mount was shot. poly motor mounts solved it
