Default c notch

Anyone got an idea how much I would need to notch the frame for a 6" drop (2wd obs)?

There's also not much room between the frame rails and the bed, I hope I do not have to cut the bed....

Great! I was really thinking I had to cut the whole frame and make a notch that came through the bedfloor.

Now only need to find the stock shackles & hangers back

Im running a 5" drop spring in the rear and 1.5"drop blocks and have about 3" clearance. Since I don't haul anything I'm not notching mine.

nvm just saw your is an 89, mine is a 68

I flipped the rear axle and have a 1" block. so I guess probably 7-8" drop? I used the belltech bolt in c-notch kit and it has plenty of clearance with the oversized bump stops they send lol. they make it straight forward with a cutout to follow and where the bolts go.but definitely don't need to cut out the bed.
