more of a grilling item, and I got excited to eat and forgot to take a finished pic (as usual) but here is the 4lb prime grade tomahawk steak i cooked up for mothers day. it turned out perfect. seared a total of 10 minutes on each side at 580* (5 min between flips on grill grates) and then i moved it up to the top rack on some foil and flipped every 10 minutes at 300* until it reached an internal temp of 130. It took around 1 hour total cook time. baked potatoes for a side with sour cream, bacon, chives cheese and a splash of BBQ sauce.
Anyone else having an issue uploading pics? It makes it to 90% then gets hung up.

Back to cooking, no pics yet but I'm part way through doing a braised beef cook for my wife for mother's day. She had to go see her grandma yesterday and couldn't do dinner then so doing it for tonight. Hopefully it comes out good.
