Eh I wasn't to thrilled. Little drier than I would have liked. Everyone kept telling me I was crazy. One friend told me I need to stop being so brisket conscious.

...just my typical burgers and hot dogs for the kiddos. Grilled bacon for breakfast is great!

2 weekends ago I made some birria: I tried some goat I have in my deep freezer and mixed in some beef. I gotta say, that has turned out really nice. It was my second time making it like that. It's got a nice, rich flavor, but a bit milder that 100% goat birria. I did like 22 lbs. Wife and kids loved it. 😊

Wagyu brisket a couple weeks ago. Wish I could upload the videos to show how much juice was pouring out and how jiggly it was.

Not sure how long they will be on sale but brisket at Kroger in the north Texas area is 1.97 a lb, limit 2 per card.

i buy one to smoke and the other to grind for burgers, tacos, etc.

I bought a couple of wagyu chuck roasts at HEB this weekend. 6.99/lb and the prime was 7.99/lb.
