I made like 20lbs of chicken bone-in breasts and wings. I decided to try this marinade made by Chef Merito. My brother and Dad both swear by their poultry lemmon pepper seasoning and their fish seasoning.

Also grilled squash and Anaheim peppers. Kids and wife liked it.

Hell yeah. I cook 2-3 days weekly but don't remember to take pics anymore. what smoker is everyone using? Strutaeng's frankenstein rig looks awesome. Mine are all store bought rigs.

I have a big offset, a Weber Smokey Mountain 22" and the big weber smokefire pellet grille. I used to be a offset snob but after getting the weber smokefire i havent lit the WSM or the offset in 2 years. The offset produces better the better product, but the effort required does not offset the the convenience of the pellet grille. the WSM is amazing for poultry but even then the convenience of the pellet grille has the WSM covered in dust. I won't get rid of any of the 3 cookers. I usually do the thanksgiving turkey on the WSM.

I had the opportunity to cook some wings on a traeger a few weeks ago. The end product was good, but it also made me like my weber smokefire even more. The Traeger didnt give that crispy skin that a full blown fire gives. I cooked my father in laws big green egg and it seems to cook like an oven. Not enough airflow is my guess.

all of my weber gas grilles have been given away. I don't miss them.

I've been using a Camp Chef pellet smoker.
Bluetooth and wifi so I can go hunt or do whatever and still keep eye on the Temps. It's pretty much cheating, and I like it

I use a pit boss pellet smoker and a big green egg. The pellet smoker gives a way better smoked finish to the meat than I could ever get out of my egg. On the flip side, my big green egg grills way better than the pit boss could dream of.

Just a plain old BBQ grill right now the key is adding the wood chips and offset cooking from heat source.
