Well emailed dennis at whipple and got a parts list and install instructions. I wont know for sure what Im missing till I actually have it in my hands but looks like for sure a water pump pulley. Iv been scouring the web for pics and besides the intake plumbing the pulley is about all that looks like is missing from the pics.

I guess they are fairly simple and I am sure you got a good price but I don't see any good reason to not go turbo.

Cause I tow and turbos take time to spool and generate tons of heat. Plus in that aspect I feel a mass produced whipple will have more reliability than a home made turbo setup.

I can't say I strongly disagree with that. If properly turbo charged you don't have any turbo lag to speak of anymore, but I will agree with the big W you bolt on and go. No chance of lag and you for sure have boost at all rpms.

I would go turbo, but hey put that tiny blower on and make lots of IAT's

I have a turbo 8.1...just f.y.i. plus alot cheaper then a whipple setup no pulleys needed etc

I got the whipple pretty cheap and I plan to do the air to water intercooler. I am well aware of the IAT issues with these things its not my first rodeo with a wipple

From the looks of the pics you seem to be missing a few items:

1. Water pump pulley (you already know this one)
2. Relocated alternator bracket and hardware. Cause the blower sits where the alternator does now.
3. Short alternator belt.
3. Idler pulley for the blower. There should be two pulleys on the blower bracket.
4.Tensioner bolt. The belt for the relocated alternator comes very close to the stock tensioner pulley bolt and actually rubs it. They supply a new bolt with a lower profile head in the kit.
5. If your going with an A2W intercooler you will need a new plenum adapter. the one in your pic is for a non-intercooled setup.
6. No air intake duct work (you already know this one)
7. Ditch the electronics and add-on injectors and get a custom tune with 42lb or 60lb injectors.

*****EDIT*****
Nevermind, i see the alternator bracket there on the far right in the first pic.

Have fun, you can make good power with a properly set-up Whipple.
