I would definitely run 60's at least on the injectors
you will have to modify the fuel rail crossover if you space the junk GM fuel rails up to fit taller injectors

I made a custom intake for mine and redid the fuel rails to be somewhat normal

I also have a few of the medium duty thermostat housings and cross overs if one is needed. It moves the water outlet near the stock tb location.

Thanks ed. I think Im gonna run the shorty injectors then but they are still shorter than stockers so Ill have to get the spacer cups to make up the difference. Anyone know what size of spacers Ill need?

What do the medium duty thermostat housings look like? Are there any different oil filler tubes I can run? The one that on it is going to get in the way of my intercooler setup that Im building.

I didnt have a problem with the oil filler, i did with the thermastat housing though.. had to make it.

I ran 60 lb injectors and walbro pump. also ditched the electronics and tuned with Hp tuners.

Yeah I made a thermostat housing. I custom built my intercooler so my oil filler is in the way of that. It looks like the 01-02 may have a different one than my 03, if not for sure the marines are differnt and they will work.

I got a nonintercooled version off ebay and was wondering how you made out. I ordered 60 lb Delphi*11167625 from 5o. What size is your ic? I was wondering if this would fit under the hood cxracing.com: Liquid Water to Air Intercooler 18"x13"x4.5", 4.5" Core: 10"x9"x4.5", 3" Air Inlet & Outlet
