From the looks of the pics you seem to be missing a few items:
1. Water pump pulley (you already know this one)
2. Relocated alternator bracket and hardware. Cause the blower sits where the alternator does now.
3. Short alternator belt.
3. Idler pulley for the blower. There should be two pulleys on the blower bracket.
4.Tensioner bolt. The belt for the relocated alternator comes very close to the stock tensioner pulley bolt and actually rubs it. They supply a new bolt with a lower profile head in the kit.
5. If your going with an A2W intercooler you will need a new plenum adapter. the one in your pic is for a non-intercooled setup.
6. No air intake duct work (you already know this one)
7. Ditch the electronics and add-on injectors and get a custom tune with 42lb or 60lb injectors.
*****EDIT*****
Nevermind, i see the alternator bracket there on the far right in the first pic.
Have fun, you can make good power with a properly set-up Whipple.

So I ordered a waterpump pulley, idler pulley, idler spacer and a bypass valve $400 bucks later. Im into this thing now 1600 bucks now not to bad. I still need to get all the bolts and make intake and coil brackets. If I get it all installed for under 2000 Ill be tickled. If I make an intake out of 4" ABS pipe and use silicone coulers for the bends is that gonna look to ghetto?

I picked up a duramax airbox from a friend last night that Im gonna run, Better flow greater efficiency
Heres the duramax airbox, Ill have to plug the MAF hole and get a silicone reducer to use my MAF. The outlet is huge its 4 3/4 inches I need 4 inch. And the outlet already curves back so itll save me a bend.
Heres some more pics of the blower and inlet/discharge manifolds
Heres a pic of the thermostat housing that will be in the way, Im hoping I can just cut the large ground lug off the top for clearance
This is where the whipple goes the alternator gets moved to the other side and the wiring harness pushed back to the firewall
And just a pic with the engine cover removed
I also got a free G80 just gotta swap my carrier
And my boss got me some rear rotors for 20 bucks at an auction

Did a little test fitting and mockup today.
Theres a few clearance issues to work out yet and a few more parts needed. Im hoping I have room to run my air intake

Got a thermostat housing made:
Made the intercooler manifolds/adapters, ran out of argon still need to finish welding:
Went to the machine shop the other day and they had some 8.1 heads thought you might enjoy:
I took some pics of the fuel rail/injectors, kinda a goofy setup:

wish you the best of luck with that.. I had one hated it, whipple customer service is a joke, and ill never own anything whipple related again..
Moved on to a turbo and spooling isnt a issue when you have 496ci feeding it. It will build full boost on the foot brake if you want it too, and as for towing they both raise the air intake temps.
alll that said im looking to go bigger on the turbo may do a quick spool valve and let it eat.

Kerr: I know all about the whipple downfalls I had one on my old truck with an L31 383 and yeah thier customer service blows especially if you didnt buy it new from them and just want parts. I did however manage to get the critical water pump pulley from them and have been able to fab up the rest.
As far as fuel system upgrades I was going to run the #60 siemens DEKAs But undecided wether to run shortys and spacers or to run the standard sized and space the rail up. The 60s are going to be huge and way more than I need I may get an adjustable regulator and crank the pressure down to 3 bar witch should also help fuel volume with the stock pump. While Im on that topic does anyone know of an adjustable regulator for the 8.1?
Iv been reading alot of whippled496 posts and have gained alot of information on the whipples and thier downfalls but Im still dead set on running it. I dont plan on running more than 6 psi witch might prove difficult at my altitide of 4000 ft I know I had problems with that on my 383
