Default Loudest mufflers???

Alright, got a 2001 2500 HD 6.0, CAI, dual Flowmasters dumped, and a tune. Still have cats and stock exhaust manifolds. What mufflers will give me the most obnoxious sound I can get, but still sound good..? Right now it's pretty quiet and I'm used to loud *** cars but not sure how to make a Borla muffler off of a Trans Am work on the truck I don't want to bother with cats and headers anytime soon, as the cats go out I'm just gonna go ahead and do the delete, just in no hurry. I'm a poor college kid now. Thanks!

Loudest? Straight pipe. Small round magna flows are loud and nice sound.

Honestly, this just sounds like really unwanted attention and to be annoying to others but switching mufflers is an option or going straight pipe.

Not all flowmasters sound the same and crackle the same, I'd think borla would just give you a smoother sound.

Take note of this, once you remove the cats, you will likely not want it as loud. Not only will all the ungodly rasp from the exhaust be heard but you wont be able to even think with the windows closed. The drone will be horrible if you already have loud exhaust. Obnoxious and sound good dont go hand and hand in my book.

ive got spintech pro shootout its a sprint car or some kind of dirt track muffler. its very loud. my normal setup is long tubes through magnaflow cats through them and it is still really loud, honestly too loud for me when trying to be quiet... as far as unwanted attention its all in how you are with it. I drive with open headers a lot of the time because surprisingly its quieter in the cab. I pass cops often and have never gotten pulled over

Dual exhaust or y-piped? Two mufflers equal quieter I'd assume, haha, I'll look into them. Just want something louder than my 12 year old Flowmasters.

loudest and probably sounds like **** = muffler delete. converters will still kill a lot of the sound.

probably a tie for 2nd would be a single chamber flowmaster or the shortest bullet you can find.

Yeah I've read a little about the SLP bullets and such but wasn't sure if anyone's put them on a truck or if they sound good. Those Dynomax's are pretty cheap but scare me, haha, can't have much quality out of a 17 dollar muffler. I was planning on waiting until one goes out to cut them all out.

I run dual dynomax bullets on my truck although they are the longest bullets they make to cut out the unnecessary noise.
