Default How many supercharged 6.0's in here?

Just put a used Magnacharger on my 2011 6.0. Fighting a few issues. Only getting 5lbs boost instead of the 9lbs that it should be doing with the 3.2 pulley. Also have a few tune issues, not sure if any of you are using HP Tuners to compare files. Also what kind of Dyno numbers are you guys putting down?

I have a supercharged 6.0.

Is the kit a bolt on just as it came?

I have one as well. I meant to look at your other file you posted but haven't had time yet. Did you use the channel list I gave you?

I did do it with those channels. Just figured I'd try another section on here for more ideas.

Cover the basics first... From what I've found, the kit Magnuson sells works as advertised.... But when you start to go for more boost, you need to upgrade some parts... I had to go to a high performance belt tensioner and upgraded belt.. Also, you need to keep a fresh belt on it.
Another thing to keep in mind is a cam change or exhaust change (headers) can make your boost pressure go down..... It's still boosting the same amount of air but with a bigger cam, headers and free flowing exhaust, it's not "backing up" pressure in your manifold. It's letting the air flow through the motor more freely so even though it's had less "boost" it's still making more power.

Stock pulley system will need some love if you want over 8 psi with any supporting mods. Belt slip is the killer here, I'm going to upgrade to an 8rib innovators west system when I shoot for more boost after my header and y pipe install. I would suggest you look into an 8 rib setup yourself...
