I just picked up a 6.2 for cheap, has lifter tick. Was thinking about doing the Tick Performance TowMaster camshaft kit and throwing some LS7 lifters in it I have laying around. I know GM stated that the 6.2's didn't hold up to extreme towing duties like the iron blocked 6.0. I pull an open car trailer randomly and a 35' camper a few times a year, nothing extreme. Thinking this would be a fun setup in my 11 Silverado 2500. The 6.2 has 110,000 miles on it and my 6.0 has 192,000 and still runs like new. Thoughts?

I had a magnacharger on my 11 but due to lack of people nearby for tuning purposes I pulled it off and am going to sell that.
